Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Viking Smash (the "Application"), you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and HiFEKU ("Service Provider"). Continued use following any updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

All transactions are processed through the relevant App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly handle your credit card information. In-App Purchases include coin packs, lives, booster bundles, power-up packs, the Padisah Bundle, the Starter Pack, and the Empire Pass. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or platform policy. You may restore previous purchases using the restore function within the Application.

We use PostHog to collect pseudonymized usage analytics (screen views, feature usage, performance metrics, crash reports) to improve the Application. Analytics tracking is enabled only after You acknowledge the Terms of Service. We use Google AdMob and AppLovin MAX to display rewarded video advertisements. Ad providers may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. You can opt-out of personalized ads through Your device settings (e.g., "Reset Advertising ID" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).
